Inspired by Detroit's SOUP series, MEAET is a grassroots initiative, marrying good local food, great local ideas, and small pots of cash. MEAET will provide a space for Edmontonians to share a meal, connect, enjoy performances, vote for community-driven projects they believe in, practice small-scale philanthropy, and make a difference. Registration is now open. We ask attendees to bring $10 cash to kick in to the kitty; the winning proposal will receive the funds to kick-start their community project.
