Indulge in delicious regional cuisine while experiencing masterful food and wine pairings. Taste the new vintages from wineries in the Okanagan, Vancouver Island, and Niagara wine-growing regions.

Each restaurant chef will showcase an Alberta-inspired dish using local foods paired with a VQA wine.
