The Capital City Downtown Area Redevelopment Plan (Bylaw 15200) was approved by City Council on July 7, 2010.
The zoning component of the plan is being reviewed further and will be considered by City Council later in 2010. Feedback on the proposed draft Downtown Special Area Zoning Regulations amendment can be provided at an Open House on November 1, 2010 from 5-9 pm at City Hall.
