This is a 7 week support series (offered by the Edmonton Bereavement Centre) that meets weekly. It is a structured support group that includes general sharing, grief process review, understanding emotions, self-esteem needs, transformation and where do I go from here. Participants are asked to commit to the entire series and to be willing to discuss their own loss within the group setting. Living With Loss is the introductory session for the series.
