Park(ed): Car-Free Day

Join Active Edmonton, Walkable Edmonton, and Mountain Equipment Co-op's Bike Fest 2010 for family activities that support a healthy, active, and environmentally-friendly way of life. On Car-Free Day, a portion of 102 Ave will be open to people and closed to motor vehicles. (Based on the successful Ciclovia Car Free Sundays program in Bogota).

Reserve a parking stall to decorate as you choose - the theme is up to you. You'll be entered to win a Mountain Equipment Co-op prize pack (valued at over $250)!

Anyone attending the event can complete a ballot to judge for their favourite Park(ed) stall, and are eligible for a variety of door prizes totalling $1000.
