Teams of 1-3 compete for the best grilled cheese sandwich (Classic or Contemporary). All sandwiches must be made from 100% “Slow” ingredients (good, clean, fair).
Spectator Entry $2 (under 12s free), at the door. Proceeds will go towards supporting a young Northern Albertan food producer to attend Terre Madre.
